★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal el mala y no sin claros en detalles sobre un pedido que requieras. Pésima atención al cliente. A mí me pedían recoger el pastel en otro lugar(Cuautla) no en Oaxtepec, dónde hice el pedido; dejé importe de la base y nos dijeron que devolvían el importe al regresar la base limpia, pero cuando la regresé ya no quisieron devolver el importe. No dan soluciones, evaden responsabilidades.
 The attention of the staff is bad and not without clarity in details about an order that you require. Terrible customer service. They asked me to pick up the cake in another place (Cuautla) not in Oaxtepec, where I made the order; I left the base amount and they told us that they would refund the amount when returning the clean base, but when I returned it they no longer wanted to return the amount. They do not provide solutions, they evade responsibilities.
