V	Victor Heras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente frecuente en sucursales de Apizaco y ahí felicitó al personal pero, en esta pastelería de Ocotlán cierra antes, tiene pasteles con pedazos aplastados y no les hacen descuento por el daño, las que atienden, lo hacen a veces de malas. Pido al gerente de esta sucursal que tome nota porque pierden clientes. Se hizo el pedido de un pastel y las personas que se encargaron de eso no realizaron la cotización de manera correcta, posteriormente, el personal de mostrador para atender tardó, ya que se encontraban bailando, mientras yo esperaba. Días después cuando fui a liquidar el pedido, ninguna de las dos chicas que se encontraban en la sucursal mostraron un buen trato al cliente. Ojalá el reclutador seleccione a personal con más compromiso, empatía y actitud de servicio. De ahí en fuera me encantan sus productos y la decoración es agradable, a excepción del ruido de la música que pone el personal, si tomarán en cuenta bajarle un poco, seria más agradable ir a comsumir. Una conocida mandó a hacer un pastel recién y se percibía el olor a huevo, los invitados dejaron todo el producto el cual fue a dar a la basura y fue caro. En otra ocasión también compramos uno y la decoración muy agradable pero el sabor fatal...los niños no pudieron comerlo de tan azucarado. I definitely do not like their cakes, or they are left over in sugar or egg. An acquaintance sent to make a cake freshly and the smell of egg was perceived, the guests left all the product which went to the garbage and was expensive. On another occasion we also bought one and the decoration very nice but the fatal taste ... the children could not eat it so sugary.

Según las chicas el pastel era del día. No les importa dar buen producto. NO COMPREN AHI. Hay muchas otras mejores opciones. Terrible service. Además pedí un pastel de ferrero grande y al partir el pastel había demasiados cabellos incrustados. Que asco!!! El pastel de mil hojas y el pastel Ferrero, son mis favoritos, pero el 10 se lo llevan los artistas reposteros que trabajan los pasteles temáticos. Son geniales. I always find what I want when I want a cake; rich and varied flavors and textures. The thousand leaf cake and the Ferrero cake are my favorites, but the 10th goes to the pastry artists who work with thematic cakes. They are great.
