Llamé para solicitar información para una orden de pastel de bodas de oro y la respuesta por parte de la señorita fue: NO le podemos dar información, Tendría que venir a la sucursal. Estando en la CDMX no podría considerarlos para concretar un pedido en Apizaco Tlax.
Terrible customer service:
I called to request information for a gold wedding cake order and the response from the lady was: We can NOT give you information, You would have to come to the branch. Being in the CDMX could not consider them to make an order in Apizaco Tlax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son de buena calidad pero no respetan el horario ,llegue 20 minutos antes de las 9 PM y ya no me brindaron el servicio,deben poner más atención en el servicio al cliente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de empleadas mostrador y cajeras en Matriz y en Sucursal Fco Sarabia......... Pésimas actitud de servicio , no saludan , preguntas y no saben o responden de mala gana.
Bad service from counter employees and cashiers at the Headquarters and at the Fco Sarabia Branch... Terrible service attitude, they don't say hello, ask questions and don't know or respond reluctantly.

The designer of the cake that I ordered was nothing like a disappointment and when I told the store managers they put themselves in a terrible plan to serve me.
