★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para encargar un pastel de fresas personalizado con un letrero de chocolate . Al otro dia al llegar a recogerlo resulta que no tiene ninguna leyenda escrita y además en ese momento tampoco se la podían colocar porque no quedaba espacio por la fruta; solo se encontraba la empleada y supuestamente estaba muy apenada y pedía disculpas, pero lo peor vino después al partir el pastel no estaba fresco lo cual me hace pensar que ni siquiera me elaboraron mi pastel y por eso no venía personalizado.
I called to order a personalized strawberry shortcake with a chocolate sign. The next day when you get to pick it up, it turns out that it does not have any written legend and also at that time it could not be placed because there was no space for the fruit; Only the employee was there and supposedly she was very sorry and apologized, but the worst came later when the cake was cut, it was not fresh which makes me think that they did not even make my cake and that is why it did not come personalized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caso similar a otra opinión que acabo de leer. Encargó un familiar un pastel pero lo dejó a mi nombre porque no podía recogerlo. Así lo registraron y al llegar a recogerlo no me lo quisieron entregar porque yo no sabía de qué era el pastel. No podía buscar al familiar que lo encargó precisamente porque se encontraba indispuesto a esa hora (por eso no podía recogerlo tampoco) pero ¿porqué no entregarlo al nombre al que quedó registrado? Y cero interés de buscar una solución. Literal: "si no me dices de qué es el pastel, no te lo entrego". Pésimo interés y actitud de servicio.
Similar case to another opinion I just read. A family member ordered a cake but left it in my name because I couldn't pick it up. This is how they registered it and when they got to pick it up they didn't want to give it to me because I didn't know what the cake was made of. I couldn't look for the relative who ordered it precisely because he was unwell at that time (that's why I couldn't pick it up either) but why not give it to the name to which it was registered? And zero interest in looking for a solution. Literal: "if you don't tell me what the cake is, I won't give it to you." Terrible interest and service attitude.
