A	Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad si están muy ricos los pasteles y si hay muy buena variedad.peri algunos empleados te entienden de la patada y deben de aclarar sus horarios de atención al cliente ya que dice que cierra alas 8 y para las 7:20 ya no te quieren atender que porque ya está cerrado. L	Leo padilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordene un pastel Napolitano. Piden 3 dias para ordenar y tenerlo listo. No era decorado especial. Solo uno normal, napolitano. Fui a recogerlo el dia acordado. Sabado a la hora que supuestamente deberia de estar listo. No lo tenian. Exigen un deposito y uno como cliente confia. Me dijeron que me lo entregarian en dos hora maximo. Ya son casi 4 horas y me dicen que apenas lo recogera el chofer. Muy atento el personal pero muy mal la persona que debia de tenerlo listo a tiempo es hora que no me lo entregan. La proxima vez buscare otra opcion. No recomiendo. No es la primera vez que esto pasa pero a este extremo no antes. Ya son las 3:45pm y cero pastel. Pesimo profesionalismo. Nada confiables. ____________ Actualizacion, 4:15pm hace 10 min me llamaron para decirme que el pastel llego quebrado, al parecer haber ordenado un pastel 3 dias antes no sirvio de nada puesto que cuando fui a recogerlo la primera vez, el.pastel no lo habian hecho. Lo hicieron mientras yo esperaba a la supuesta entrega. En la llamada me dijeron que el pastel llehonquebrado porque el pan al parecer estaba caliente cuando lo decoraron. Fui por mi dinero y no mas pastels de suspiros. Ya me recomendaron otras pastelerias. Muchas gracias. Order a Neapolitan cake. They ask for 3 days to order and have it ready. It was not a special decoration. Just a normal, Neapolitan one. I went to pick it up on the agreed day. Saturday at the time it was supposed to be ready. They didn't have it. They demand a deposit and one as a client trusts. They told me they would deliver it to me in two hours maximum. It's been almost 4 hours and they tell me that the driver will hardly pick it up. Very attentive staff but very bad the person who should have it ready on time is time that they did not deliver it to me. Next time I will look for another option. I do not recommend. It is not the first time that this happens but at this point not before. It's already 3:45 pm and zero cake. Pessim professionalism. Nothing reliable. ____________ Update, 4:15 pm 10 minutes ago they called me to tell me that the cake arrived broken, apparently having ordered a cake 3 days before did not help since, when I went to pick it up the first time, the cake had not been done. Son 2 ocasiones seguidas, la ultima ayer 22 de Junio, donde la crema del pastel tiene un sabor agrio a punto de hecharse a perder, guardamos en el refrigerador el resto y solo 8 horas despues ya no servía. He comprado en 2 tiendas diferentes y a sido la misma historia. Aunado a esto los que atienden nunca tienen dinero para dar el cambió por lo cual hay que llevar el dinero exacto o pagar con tarjeta.
