Pésimo el compromiso en las entregas, mandé a hacer un pastel con 5 días de anticipación (Días suficientes para tener los insumos necesarios) y quedaron formalmente que el pastel estaría listo (en su local) a las 12:00 p.m. y a partir de esa hora poder ir a recogerlo. Me presenté a las 2:00 p.m. y aún no lo terminaban, me hicieron gastar tiempo porque me tuvieron 30 minutos o más esperando y dinero porque tuve que pagar más al transporte por la espera en el lugar. Al mencionarles mi molestia simplemente me dijeron que no se podía hacer nada. Pésimo el servicio y el pastel tenía demasiado colorante y de baja calidad porque enfermó a varios de mis invitados (niños).

Terrible commitment in deliveries, I had a cake made 5 days in advance (enough days to have the necessary supplies) and they formally agreed that the cake would be ready (at their location) at 12:00 pm and from that time to be able to pick it up. I showed up at 2:00 p.m. And they still hadn't finished it, they made me waste time because they had me waiting 30 minutes or more and money because I had to pay more to the transport for waiting at the place. When I mentioned my annoyance, they simply told me that nothing could be done. The service was terrible and the cake had too much coloring and of low quality because it made several of my guests (children) sick.
