★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. He probado varios de tus pasteles: el de queso, el de ganache de chocolate, el de guayaba, el de queso, la gelatina, entre otros. Algunos más buenos que otros. Pero indudablemente tu pastel de zanahoria es el rey de la casa.
A diferencia de otras pastelerías, que únicamente le añaden una mezcla de tres leches a todos sus pasteles, los pasteles de Zoi, gozan de un gran sabor, pues se hacen con ingredientes de calidad.
Cuando vivía en Cuernavaca tuve oportunidad de ir a su negocio frente a D10 en varias ocasiones y recibí un trato amable y cordial de su dueña, de su esposo y de su hijo.
Quizá no son pasteles económicos, pero están en su rango de precio, por ejemplo en Dulce Pastel están más caros y no lo vale.
Felicidades y que sigan cosechando éxitos.

Unlike other bakeries, which only add a mixture of tres leches to all their cakes, Zoi's cakes have a great flavor, as they are made with quality ingredients.
When I lived in Cuernavaca I had the opportunity to go to her business in front of D10 on several occasions and I received a kind and cordial treatment from her owner, her husband and her son.
Maybe they are not cheap cakes, but they are in their price range, for example in Dulce Pastel they are more expensive and not worth it.
