★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice pago con tarjeta y me cobraron doble, hice la reclamacion y dijeron que no era su problema, que yo fuera al banco de su terminal a reclamar ese cobro doble....como ven?
Nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me guié por algunos comentarios sobre la sensibilidad al arte pastelero y a que te lo explica la dependienta; te guía...sin embargo me vendió tal vez el pastel "equivocado". Para fiesta muy pequeña infantil, me vendió su "hit"...liso, sin decorar, sólo cubierto con una gruesa capa de lo que ella llamó "betún de vainilla" y que en realidad es un glaseado de mantequilla y azúcar (NO BETÚN DE VAINILLA). Obvio: la pequeña del cumpleaños y sus invitados, lo rechazaron totalmente. El pan mediocre y sumamente hostigosa tal cantidad de mantequilla. Me parece que la orientación al cliente no fue adecuada . Mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que sorpresa tan grata me llevé en un local pequeño y sin mucho alarde comercial, solo con con un breve letrero que ahí señala que venden pasteles. Pero no cualquier pastel, en mi gusto Alfer vende el mejor pastel de chocolate de la comarca, se lo dice alguien que ha probado muchos, muchos y muchos pasteles de chocolate, pero este pastel de chocolate semiamargo, bien decorado, te lo puedes completo por que no empalaga o agrede al gusto en algún momento. Es una pasteleria con una variedad de pasteles limitado, pero eso solo lo invita a probarlos todos, ya que el pastel de chocoqueso y la rosca de naranja también están buenazos. Venden tartas, brownies, galletas y gelatinas. Los iré probando y les iré platicando la experiencia.
