me lo entregaron sin tapa literal nunca me habían entregado un pastel sin tapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la experiencia 2 veces en la sucursal de av de la Piedra 1)pregunte si aceptaban pago con tarjeta me dijeron que si. Al realizar el pago su terminal fallo o algo. Tuve que ir al BBVA cercano para pagar en efectivo;por que ya habíamos consumido. 2) solo quería un Chocóflan pero antes de mi estaba en turno una clienta que hacía pedido de un pastel pero no decidía sabor, relleno y decoración el chiste es que se hizo la fila de gente. Se esperaria que la chica de mostrador le sugiriera o recomendara alguna opción con el fin de agilizar, pero no fue así. Así fueron los 15 min de espera hasta se dio cuenta de la fila y salto a la señora para atenderme. Sus productos son de excelente sabor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo busque pedir oblea de azúcar para pastel , en una pastelería de nombre como está, confiando así, y cuando me la dieron me dieron oblea de arroz , no me dieron ninguna información , y la calidad de la imagen era tan horrible de verdad pésima y lo único que me dijeron pues si no le gusta le regresamos el dinero , cuando ya lo necesitaba al siguiente día!! Y para los cumpleaños de mis hijos!! Nadamás me dijeron que fue mi error por no preguntar ,algo que ellos deberían indicar al cliente , esto fue en la sucursal de paseo Querétaro, de verdad no compren ahí
