Imagínense , que no te dejan entrar con gorra a pesar del frío, y a eso sumale que a pesar de ser cliente recurrentes no te permita llevar tu café en nuestros termos , ya al decir recurrentes me refiero a dos años de pasar todos los días por café. Nunca tuvimos problemas hasta el pasado mes de octubre que regañó a los empleados porque nos permitían servir el café en nuestros termos, Y TIENEN CUCARACHAS, NOSOTROS LAS VIMOS EN DOS OCASIONES Y DISCRETAMENTE LES AVISAMOS PARA QUE LO REMEDIARAN.
 On the part of the employees all good! Very friendly and helpful, but the zone supervisor with zero judgment !! Imagine, they do not let you in with a cap despite the cold, and add to that that despite being a recurring customer, they do not allow you to take your coffee in our thermos, and by recurring I mean two years of spending every day for coffee . We never had problems until last October who scolded the employees because they allowed us to serve the coffee in our thermos, AND THEY HAVE COCKROACHES, WE SAW THEM ON TWO OCCASIONS AND WE DISCRETLY TELL THEM TO REMEDY IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí hoy y me parecio Pésimo el servicio del personal masculino que está en las Rosticerias, hacen dos filas sin mantener informada a la gente para que tipo de pollo es cada una, y cuando por error te formas en la equivocada ( porque no hay un letrero que las distinga) te mandan a formar de nuevo, lo cual me parece absurdo después de haberte formado.
I went today and I found the service of the male staff that is in the Rosticerias to be terrible, they make two lines without keeping people informed about what type of chicken each one is, and when by mistake you line up in the wrong one (because there is no sign that distinguishes them) they send you to train again, which seems absurd to me after having trained you.

Definitivamente sigan contratando personas con esa ética ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pastelería está muy bien surtida tanto en pasteles como en panes. Esta muy higiénico el lugar y sobre todo la atención es excelente. Muy amables y serviciales. Te apoyan en lo que puedan y sobre todo con precios accesibles. El pan y el pastel muy ricos.
