No cuentan con servicio a domicilio, eso es algo malo cuando requieres un pastel grande, punto a mejorar.
Los diseños son horribles y ni siquiera escuchan opiniones simplemente te dicen, es lo que hay y se acabo. Debo mencionar que hay una señora bastante grosera, no da opciones de nada, prácticamente si quieres el pastel será como ella lo dice, no hay opción. Compre un pastel para 180 personas y así fue.
Lo bueno:
Es la calidad del pastel, es muy rico el tres leches, no hay igual por la zona, ni siquiera en partes de la CDMX he probado otro igual.
Deben mejorar en varios puntos sobretodo en las opciones para el cliente y en el buen trato, ya que se paga por el producto, no se pide regalado.
