★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí porque estaba por el rumbo ,tiene muy buena vista todo lo que venden , en sabor nada que ver , una concha "Gourmet" en bolsa individual y con fecha de elaboración de hace casi 1 semana !! Por lo cual no era fresca , estaba cara , aparte tienen panes de masa laminada como el croissant , o chocolatin y los pruebas y no saben a mantequilla , los panes salados apesar que tienen buenos hornos no están crujientes
 I attended because I was on the way, everything they sell has very good eyesight, nothing to do with flavor, a "Gourmet" shell in an individual bag and with a production date of almost 1 week ago !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera se enoja porque le dije que deberían de tener un letrero donde diga que no aceptan AMEX. Muy grosera me dice que ahí afuera dice, siendo que ni si quiera era afuera y en un un anuncio escrito a mano en una caja de cartón con la letra más pequeña que he visto en mi vida. Luego la muy cínica todavía me dice que tenga un buen día. Deberían correr a ese tipo de personas.
The cashier gets mad because I told her they should have a sign saying they don't accept AMEX. Very rudely, she tells me that it says out there, being that it wasn't even outside and in a handwritten ad on a cardboard box with the smallest print I've ever seen in my life. Then the very cynical still tells me to have a nice day. Those kind of people should be kicked out.

El día sábado 19 de abril solicité un pastel de 9k de 3 leches con relleno de almendras, sin embargo, el pastel estaba seco, nada de 3 leches y cuando hablé por teléfono para hacer una queja me dijeron que tenía que llevar los 9k a la tienda para que se pudiera considerar que me regresaran mi dinero, después solo me dijeron que llevara un pedazo como muestra y que lo iban a llevar a "supervisión" para darme una solución... Después de varios días y que ellos no se comunicaron conmigo como quedaron, yo hablé y me dicen que "iban a tomar en cuenta mi queja" y no había nada más que hacer. Horrible experiencia además del precio que se paga.
Terrible ordering service. On Saturday, April 19, I requested a 9k 3-milk cake with almond filling, however, the cake was dry, nothing 3-milk and when I called to make a complaint they told me that I had to take the 9k to the store so that they could consider giving me my money back, then they only told me to take a piece as a sample and that they were going to take it to "supervision" to give me a solution... After several days and they did not contact me As they were, I spoke and they told me that "they were going to take my complaint into account" and there was nothing else to do. Horrible experience on top of the price you pay.

Los precios son algo elevados para lo que ofrecen.
El sabor del pan no es rico.

Bastantes atentos a las recomendaciones actuales de contingencia, solo se pueden acceder con un máximo de 10 personas a las instrucciones, tienes que esperar formado pero sin duda vale la pena. Muy rápido el servicio..
