★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos cobran Con terminal, la operación es fallida, me piden pago en efectivo pero mi banco me dice que si nos cobraron y ahora Marisa no me quieren pagar aún cuando mi banco ya me entregó mi estado de cuenta donde se indica que si me cobraron y se los he mostrado a las empleadas de mostrador. No hay personal que pueda tomar decisiones en esa sucursal ni pueda ayudar.
They charge us with terminal, the operation is unsuccessful, they ask me for payment in cash but my bank tells me that if they charged us and now Marisa does not want to pay me even though my bank already gave me my account statement indicating that they did charge me and I've shown them to the counter clerks. There are no staff who can make decisions at that branch or help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico y todo pasamos por una rosca pero la atención mala la que atiende (Luz) no trata bien a la gente a mi por ejemplo dijo que me formará y pues no había fila para empezar, después hizo que mi novio se esperara por la factura que por que tenía que esperar que por algo... Y después le dio el ticket y dijo que en línea... Osea tanto para eso y a todos los clientes así con una voz mandona y prepotente me sentí como si estuviera en el IMSS , deberían contratar gente más amigable y que no sintamos como si les estuviéramos haciendo un favor y si hay que hacer fila poner letreros por qué hasta me regaño. Bueno espero vean esa área de oportunidad.
