★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 10 de mayo del 2019 fui a realizar una compra, tienen como empleadas a unas ladronas, tienen un modus operandi el cual describo a continuación, al llegar a caja te preguntan si necesitas ticket, JAMÁS DIGAS Q NO ya q su excusa es q x producto no sale en su sistema y te lo tienen q cobrar en efectivo al precio q ellas inventan al momento, cuando les dije q me dieran mi recibo la empleadas se vieron entre sí y solo me dieron mi voucher sin el desglose del precio por artículo, a los duelos de esta cadena de pastelería sugiero revisen muy bien el proceder de sus empleadas, de momento agregó foto de mi voucher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de las circunstancias adversas, el cliente sigue fiel a la marca, pero actitudes como la observada por una de las colaboradoras de Marisa Suc Tránsito, logra diluir esa fidelidad a la marca.
El dìa 21 acudimos a la sucursal p adquirir unas cuantas piezas de buñuelos, encontrando solamente dos piezas y la negativa de una de las señoritas encargadas de atender al público, para aceptar pedidos, sugiriendo telefonear al día siguiente para corroborar stock disponible.
Así se hizo la mañana del día 22, cuando la misma persona indicó no tener producto y al preguntársele cuándo sería resurtido, responde no tener la información.
Lo lamentable ( y no precisamente para el cliente, sino para el negocio), fué comprobar, al acudir personalmente a tienda ( gracias a que OTRA COLABORADORA que entendiendo la importancia de brindar un buen servicio al cliente, confirmó existencia del producto en tienda),
Ojo MARISA PASTELERÍAS:
Revisen canales de comunicación y servicio al cliente; imposible contactarles para permear este tipo de anomalías.
Mejoren su planeación, el producto requerido tiene alta demanda, especialmente en estas fechas ( dicho por sus empleados).
