★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era súper Fan de ustedes pero muy mal, el día domingo 27 de septiembre del 2020 compre un helado Dolce Natura de chogochip es el que más me gusta y la vdd jamás había tenido la necesidad de revisar la caducidad ya que siempre esta muy bien. Pero en esta ocasión tuve que hacerlo ya que sabía horrible y muy diferente a lo que siempre había comprado. La caducidad dice que venció el 02 de Agosto y yo lo compré el 27 de septiembre. Muy mal la vdd como para no volver a comprar. O expliquen me que paso, la fecha que está aqui en el bote es cuando se hace y cuanto tiempo es de caducidad??
I was a super fan of you but very bad, on Sunday September 27, 2020 I bought a Dolce Natura ice cream from chogochip is the one I like the most and the vdd had never had the need to check the expiration since it is always very good. But this time I had to do it as it tasted horrible and very different from what I had always bought. The expiration date says it expired on August 2 and I bought it on September 27. Too bad the vdd not to buy again. Or explain to me what happened, the date that is here in the bottle is when it is done and how long is it expiration?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles muy ricos pero ,Pésimo servicio en esta sucursal la empleada q me tocó muy déspota sangrona nada servicial hasta hizo llorar Ami niña xq quería escoger su pastel x su cumpleaños y no la dejo solo estábamos viendo x los refrigeradores ni q los estuviéramos abriendo me salí enojada y aunq estén muy buenos no vuelvo a esta sucursal x eso pierden clientes Asco de personas los pasteles No ??
The cakes are very rich but, terrible service in this branch the employee who touched me a very bloody despot, nothing helpful, even made my girl cry because she wanted to choose her cake for her birthday and she did not leave her, we were only looking at the refrigerators or that we were opening them for me. I left angry and even though they are very good I do not return to this branch because they lose customers Disgust of people the cakes No ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 15 de noviembre acudi a la sucursal marisa de avenida revolución a comprar un pastel , no tenia ni idea de cual comprar y pregunte a la señorita del mostrador si tenia algún folleto o algo que me ayudara a hacer mi compra, para mi sorpresa la chica se porto muy sangrona y déspota con una pésima atención a mi persona. Sus productos son muy ricos dejo reconocerlo pero su atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Mi dinero ? vale y vale en donde sea así que gracias por su mala atención y les aseguro que esa fue mi última compra y de mis familiares y amigos pues prefiero advertirles de la falta de atención hacia sus clientes que marisa y sus empleados da. Graciaa en adelante prefiero comprar en otro lado.
Today, November 15, I went to the Marisa branch of Revolution Avenue to buy a cake, I had no idea which one to buy and I asked the lady at the counter if she had a brochure or something that would help me make my purchase, to my surprise the girl I behaved very bloody and despotic with a terrible attention to my person. Their products are very rich, let me admit it, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. My money ? is worth and is worth anywhere so thank you for your bad attention and I assure you that this was my last purchase and that of my family and friends because I prefer to warn them of the lack of attention to their customers that Marisa and her employees give. Thank you from now on I prefer to buy elsewhere.
