La atención es de primera ; las instalaciones son cómodas y cuentan con los requerimientos para los cuidados en estos tiempos de pandemia, en definitiva, no duden en visitarlos... Podría seguir porque aún no califico los pasteles (pero lo haré, muajajaja) el que elijan lo amarán, pero mi favorito es el "Negro de Mis Amores", si usted adora el chocolate, éste debería ser el elegido, no se arrepentirá, confíe en mí ? Cuando pedimos respuesta la joven que nos atendió solo dijo que fue error de fábrica y nada más. Aún ignorando el hecho del pésimo decorado el pastel se ve de mala calidad y para la cantidad que pagamos no me parece nada justo. No sé si sea por el mal servicio de la sucursal o si la cadena es así de deplorable. No lo recomiendo para nada, quedé muy decepcionada y molesta.
