★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é linda e bem servida, porém os sabores são muito artificiais e fracos. Os doces são gordurosos e sem sabor, tudo que se come parece a mesma coisa. Além do mais, não me muda o que servem. É tudo todos os dias sempre igual.
 The store is beautiful and well served, but the flavors are very artificial and weak. The sweets are greasy and tasteless, everything you eat looks the same. Besides, it doesn't change what they serve me. Everything is the same every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dessert buffet at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
The desserts are all delicious and well stocked, the reason for only 3 stars falls to the lack of variety. The entire 5 days we were there the same desserts were out every day. While I realize that most visitors are staying 3 days or less, so this is likely a non issue for most people. But on a 5 day trip it becomes noticeable. We did witness a customized cotton candy night on one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE PLACE!!! The dessert was stale and there was HAIR in it! When I tried to notify the staff they wouldn't exchange it for a fresher one, after they refused I asked for a refund and was DENIED that as well!!!!
Save your money and go else where!!!
