★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísimos!! La pasta no es de hojaldre, es la receta original. Para mi gusto le falta variedad en sus guisos, pero hay que considerar que los clasifican como caseros.
 Very good! The pasta is not puff pastry, it is the original recipe. For my taste it lacks variety in its stews, but you have to consider that they are classified as homemade.

Respetan la receta original, cero masa de ojaldre toda grasosa, y los guisados muy ricos, si van prueben los chiles jalapeños en vinagre son casero y muy ricos!!! Siempre que vamos comemos un buen, también venden un refresco de manzana artesanal de Zacatlán que les recomiendo si lo toman frío mejor! Son uno de los mejores pastes que yo considero de Pachuca, real del monte y alrededores.
The pastes are great! They respect the original recipe, zero oily pastry dough, and the very rich stews, if they go try the jalapeño peppers in vinegar they are homemade and very rich !!! Whenever we go we eat a good one, they also sell a homemade apple soft drink from Zacatlán that I recommend if they take it cold better! They are one of the best pastes that I consider of Pachuca, real del monte and surroundings.
