Se me dijo por teléfono que abren a las 7:30 AM, por lo que pasé un día a recoger mis resultados a eso de las 8:20, un jueves, y el lugar estaba cerrado.
In terms of customer service I have no complaints. But in terms of punctuality, to open the place, it is to question.
