Esta muy amplio, tiene área para poner tus hieleras y la comida que vas a darle a tus invitados.
El aérea de la alberca está, despegada de dónde tendrás las sillas y mesas para recibir a tus invitados, así que no tendrás problemas, de aquel alguien llegué a chapotear o brincar hacia la alberca y salpique a los que están sentados, que eso está perfecto.
En la tarde circula el aire rico ya que no hay edificios altos que lo límiten.
El único inconveniente, es que no hay área de estacionamiento, tendrían tus invitados o tú buscar dónde poder dejar su coche, y no falta algún vecino que se moleste porque pones tu coche fuera de sus vivienda.
