★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente surtido y calidad en quesos de vaca y de cabra, requesón, natas, crema y carnes de res-cerdo-pollo además de una deliciosa arrachera. Tienen también tortillas de harina de sabores como nopal, mantequilla, jalapeño y unas salsas machas con cacahuate o arándanos!! Y, por si fuera poco, la amable atención de su propietaria hacen que las compras ahí sean una experiencia para repetir. Enhorabuena ?????
Excellent assortment and quality in cow and goat cheeses, cottage cheese, cream, cream and beef-pork-chicken plus a delicious steak. They also have flavored flour tortillas such as nopal, butter, jalapeño and some sauces with peanuts or cranberries !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de probar muchísimos quesos en el fraccionamiento y decepcionarme con todos, encontré esta bella quesería y quede completamente maravillada. El queso manchego está lo que le sigue de delicioso y cremoso. El queso Oaxaca está perfecto de sabor y textura, verdaderamente el más rico que he probado en Mérida. Los demás quesos también los probé y a pesar de que nunca han sido mis favoritos, los de aquí están tan ricos que me los como solitos a pura mordida.
Aparte de los excelentes quesos, el servicio es excelente. Son súper amables y te hacen sentir querido. Me encanta esta tienda ?
After trying many cheeses in the subdivision and being disappointed with all of them, I found this beautiful cheese factory and was completely amazed. Manchego cheese is the next delicious and creamy. Oaxaca cheese is perfect in flavor and texture, truly the richest I have tasted in Merida. I also tried the other cheeses and although they have never been my favorites, the ones from here are so delicious that I eat them all by themselves.
Aside from the great cheeses, the service is excellent. They are super friendly and make you feel loved. I love this store ?
