The worst cut in history. I left with my hair combed and I didn't realize what they did to me. As well as poorly done outdated. Lousy, really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destroyed is not even the beginning of the horror that this salon did to my hair. They claimed to work with keratin Bond extensions but after the work they did in removing and replacing them I can tell it was their first try after a YouTube tutorial. My hair started falling out in clumps within an hour of installation. I had to remind the stylist to wash the color out of my hair on pieces that already picked up. He was awful. And the worst part was the older woman who looks like she owns the place. She talked for the entire 5 hours of my appointment. Screaming and gossiping with my stylist into my ear the whole time. I had a horrible headache leaving this place. When you hear of horror stories while travelling and trying a salon, this place is the reason.
I went to Joel Salon a few days later to fix it and they couldn’t believe how these were applied.
Please trust me and save your hair, don’t go here
