★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad, en este tipo de cosas, el detalle hace la GRAN diferencia, si no van a vender lo que ofrecen, no deberían anunciarlo. En su publicidad es distinto a lo que te entregan, no sé sé lo hicieron un día antes. Pero yo por eso lo pedí un mes antes. Deja mucho que desear puesto que el sillón luce MUY distinto, la taza, el cuadro es más sencillo. Con el diseño no estoy NADA satisfecha. No volvería a comprar ni a recomendar este lugar. Se me hace poco profesional, publicidad engañosa.
The truth, in this type of thing, the detail makes the BIG difference, if they are not going to sell what they offer, they should not advertise it. In their advertising it is different from what they give you, I do not know I know they did it a day before. But that's why I asked for it a month before. It leaves much to be desired since the armchair looks VERY different, the cup, the painting is simpler. I am NOT satisfied with the design at all. I would not buy or recommend this place again. It makes me unprofessional, misleading advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pastel y el diseño muy bien. Pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Hoy fui a recoger un pastel a patriotismo y la señora encargada le grito a mi esposo que se saliera porque ya había mucha gente adentro, totalmente entendible por la situación pero las formas no son la adecuadas, si hubiera ido a encargar el pedido en ese momento me hubiera ido. En la sucursal había otra chica mas joven que si fue bastante amable y salvo un poco la situación, pero en definitiva creo que no volvería a hacer otro pedido
The cake and the design very well. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Today I went to pick up a cake in patriotism and the lady in charge yelled at my husband to get out because there were already many people inside, totally understandable by the situation but the forms are not adequate, if he had gone to order the order at that time I would have gone. At the branch there was another younger girl who was kind enough and except for the situation a bit, but ultimately I think she would not make another order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento dejar un muy mal review, pero compre un pastel de Zanahoria (la ejecución del fondant sin queja), pero al partir el pastel, estaba CRUDO, así es no húmedo, súper crudo. Era una fiesta de cumpleaños (un evento especial). El Lunes 29 de Junio traje el pastel a la tienda de patriotismo y Marisol (quien me lo vendió), a través de la empleada en turno me comentó que así era el pastel CRUDO y no había reembolso (proporcional siquiera). Es una pena, ya que pague $2,100 pesos por un pastel CRUDO (que sabía a masa sin completar su cocción). Lamento que estos pasteles tengan sólo un aspecto "bonito", pero que no haya un control de calidad es lamentable.
I'm sorry to leave a very bad review, but I bought a Carrot cake (the fondant execution without complaint), but when I split the cake, it was RAW, so it is not moist, super raw. It was a birthday party (a special event). On Monday June 29, I brought the cake to the patriotism store and Marisol (who sold it to me), through the employee on duty, told me that this was the RAW cake and there was no refund (even proportional). It's a shame, since I paid $ 2,100 pesos for a RAW cake (which tasted like dough without completing its cooking). I'm sorry that these cakes just look "pretty", but the lack of quality control is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de la pandemia les compré pasteles y nunca tuve temas con decoración o sabor, hoy tienen problemas severos y las reseñas negativas son la realidad.
Compré un pastel y unos cupcakes de cumpleaños, el pastel estaba desabrido pero los cupcakes estaban tan malos que los tuvimos que desechar, los niños de plano los empezaron a regresar a sus mamás por el pésimo sabor, textura y consistencia.
Si no quieren quedar en ridículo como yo en l fiesta de cumpleaños de sus hijos salgan corriendo.
Before the pandemic I bought cakes from them and I never had issues with decoration or flavor, today they have severe problems and the negative reviews are the reality.
I bought a cake and some birthday cupcakes, the cake was tasteless but the cupcakes were so bad that we had to throw them out, the kids started returning them to their moms because of the lousy taste, texture and consistency.
If you don't want to look ridiculous like me at your children's birthday party, run away.
