F	Fabiola Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente me veo en la necesidad de reportar un problema en el servicio, aclaro que solicité envíos anteriormente y aunque había habido fallos en algunas prendas los pase por alto porque venía completa la mercancía, sin embargo en mi último pedido faltaron dos piezas, comunique esto a la persona encargada y me dijo que no podía hacer nada porque "estaba segura" de que me lo había mandado además contó desde el día que se mando el pedido y no el día que llegó para decirme que ya había excedido el tiempo ( mi paquete llegó el lunes). Las prendas, los precios y en general la atención son buenas, pero si hacen pedidos pidan a los vendedores una garantía si no les llegan las piezas completas o lo que ustedes pidieron porque de lo contrario perderán el dinero. The garments, the prices and the service in general are good, but if you place orders, ask the sellers for a guarantee if they do not receive the complete pieces or what you asked for because otherwise you will lose the money.
