Esta tienda lleva un largo tiempo en isla y los guías de embarcaciones recomiendan este lugar, ya que el dueño de la tienda es muy conocido por toda la población isleña y saben el desempeño que pone a la hora de trabajar, yo siendo sincera, hacen un buen trato a la clientela, los precios son accesible y te dan la opción de pagar en efectivo y no te “obligan” a pagar con tarjeta. Es tan conocido este lugar que un hotel de alto prestigio “Royal Palace” lo contrata seguidamente, yo soy una de sus clientas y me ha echo muchos cosas bellísimas, volvería un millón de veces
 Hello, I have come to comment since one comment says that the store only "takes money" this is not the case. This shop takes a long time on the island and the boat guides recommend this place, since the owner of the store is very well-known by the whole island population and they know the performance that it puts at the time of working, I being honest, they make a good treatment to the clientele, the prices are accessible and they give you the option to pay in cash and do not "force" you to pay by card. It is so well known this place that a prestigious hotel "Royal Palace" hires it next, I am one of your clients and I have done many beautiful things, I would go back a million times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at this location as a result of the catamaran tour guide directions to this store. We naturally went inside to see what the hype was about and the products they had to sell. The items were mainly silver type items that could be had in the USA for a cheaper cost than this outlet jewelry store. They really wanted to get us to use a credit card which I advised my friend not to do a card transaction with jewelry. The price wasn't in line with known exchange rates. I would not recommend coming to shop here as a result of the directions of a boat tours guide whose intent seems built to milk every single peso out of your pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a few pieces here of jewelry and shirt. My necklace is fine. The issue I have is with my bracelet. As I left literally within 30 minutes my bracelet was unhooking randomly. Once I got back to the US, the bracelet kept unhooking which I tolerated but didn’t wear the bracelet as much because I didn’t want to lose it. After the 5th time of wearing this bracelet which we spent $200-$300 on here the stones have fallen off the bracelet in 3 different places which it seems it is held by glue. I totally trusted and believed in the seller but now I just feel like we got played and the jewelry is of low quality.

This other reviewer below must not have experience talking with locals or buying real mexican silver. Awesome experience. This is our 5th trip to the island. LOVE PauPao!

I had read good reviews of 3 places in old town and this was one of them. They did not disappoint! Friendly, low-pressure service and I found the piece I desired and my boyfriend found a linen shirt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this cute jewelry store after someone told us about it. I purchased some earrings and my friend a ring. They had the ring sized for her in no time. Javier was so sweet and patient with us. We felt the prices were fair compared to the other stores we had visited. I also purchased the cutest pottery wind chime. I will be back on my next trip because I want to get one of his nativity sets.
