★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les cuento sobre mi experience con PauSpa. Pau Spa me fue recomendada y sali muy desepcionada. Les cuento, para la temporada navideña mi esposo y yo compramos certificado de regalo para nuestros familiares y asi. Ahora 20 de Marzo intento agendar una cita con el Spa y me dicen que ya no se me tomara el ceritificado de regalo por que ya paso la fecha de caducida (que se encuentra en la parte de atras). Los dos certificados que yo compre no tienen fecha de caducidad atras, en ningun momento me comentaron que vencia a finales de enero y los post en Facebook que ofrecian los servicios no decian que expiraban a finales de Enero.
Lo que yo me pregunto es...¿Que ventaja le saco a ir a mi masaje despues del 31 de enero? Es riduculo que no quieran validar mi certificado..diferente fuera que el certificado fuera especificamente para un masaje/servicio en particular que podria subir en precio a los cuantos meses. Pero esta solo es una cantidad fija de $800.00.
Total, cuidado a donde acuden.
I tell you about my experience with PauSpa. Pau Spa was recommended to me and I was very disappointed. I tell you, for the Christmas season my husband and I bought a gift certificate for our relatives and so on. Now March 20 I try to schedule an appointment with the Spa and they tell me that I will no longer take the gift certificate because the expiration date (which is in the back) has passed. The two certificates that I bought do not have an expiration date behind, at no time did they tell me that they expire at the end of January and the Facebook posts that offered the services did not say that they expired at the end of January.
What I wonder is ... What advantage do I get from going to my massage after January 31st? It's ridiculous that they don't want to validate my certificate ... differently than if the certificate was specifically for a particular massage / service that could go up in price in a few months. But this is only a fixed amount of $ 800.00.
Total, careful where they go.
