He fully grounds and supports each limb, while working through the muscles, to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. He has a very kind energy and takes the time to connect, to ensure he helps you with whatever issues are present. He has helped me alleviate any pain that has come up while training/exercising!
I highly recommend scheduling a massage!

He is great at listening to and addressing your needs through a combination of massage techniques. He is a highly intuitive therapist who can hone in specific issues while also benefiting general wellbeing. Very sympathetic personality and clearly well trained using a combination of massage techniques. Highly recommended. The best I've tried in this area and I've tried many.

He is hands down the most skilled massage therapist I've been to! In addition, He is kind and thoughtful. I highly, highly recommend him!! I was in the city for the week and am so grateful that I had this appointment with Pavlos. I'll definitely schedule another appointment with him next time I'm in the city!
