En la misma semana, yo tuve 2 reservaciones efectivadas en el sistema Payless USA, pero el coche no estaba disponible. Yo tuve que esperar mucho tiempo y pelear mucho para tener el coche, además de no respetar el precio. Después de más de 2 horas de espera, me entregaran el coche sucio....
In the same week, I had 2 reservations made in the Payless USA system, but the car was not available. I had to wait a long time and fight a lot to get the car, in addition to not respecting the price. After more than 2 hours of waiting, the dirty car will be delivered to me ....

Listen everyone! I rented a car in Dec 2017 on this site in Guadalajara, Mexico (will full insurance through Travelocity) & I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called 2 times before to make sure my rental care was there & Payless Confirmed but when i got there, the staff named LUCIO ARANDA was mad that one one told him because he only had one car left. We eve had to walk miles in the middle of the night because their office inside the airport was closed...really? Anyways, he didn't have a copy machine to make copies of the agreement form & LIED to me saying for only $50, I would get additional car insurance so I said okay. He asked for me to sign saying the car is fine WITHOUT seeing it but luckily, my boyfriend realized what was going on & said no until we see it first. When we dropped of the rental car, he told me he charged me $450 extra so I didn't sign the receipt but they still charged it on my credit card! WHAT? I asked to speak to his manager named JOSE CAMARENA & he wasn't there so he called him over the phone & when I explained it to the manager that I didn't agree to pay that much, he said oh well. No one spoke English! Payless told me someone had to speak English & have the contract form in English! I have been calling Payless for the last 6 months (maybe 25 times already) & every single staff does not know who I can speak with. I have even been asked to email documents/proof and no one has emailed me back. I am sick & tired of being ignored. I have been manipulated! This is not fair & affecting me emotionally and mentally. So much anxiety, anger, sadness, & hate. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU WILL SAVE MONEY COMPARED TO OTHER RENTAL COMPANIES, DO NOT DO IT!

Made my reservation and tried to pick up the car as usual. The attendants laughed at me and said that they hadn’t had cars for two weeks and that they didn’t care about my reservation. I tried talking to different people, but no one took responsibility. It has been the WORST experience I’ve had with a car rental company. Couldn’t manage to get a car or a refund.

Worst service ever and experience ever. They front desk services spends hours trying to sell you unnecessary insurance by fear and intimidation tactics. They pretend to make calls on their personal cellphones to upper management and when you ask to talk to them, they just bluntly ignore you. After returning the rental vehicle, I found additional charges on my credit card for services I never authorize. The whole experience was a nightmare. Avoid this location at all cost. They will try to hassle you at every opportunity.

Expect to get cheated at this business. They will lie to you about Guadalajara city requiring $3M pesos of liability coverage. It is a complete lie. The mandatory minimum liability coverage is already included in the rental rate. They just love to cheat foreigners with unnecessary additional insurance. Just got to Mex Rent A Car - they will allow you to use your own insurance.

I made a reservation using expedia. The branch did not have any car upon my arrival even though they did have my reservation. Clerk could not help, said it was because expedia dud not know inventory. She did not feel sorry, my day was ruined.

DO NOT rent here. We pointed out some issues with the car we were renting during the inspection- one of which was the back tire. They said it’s been inspected and is fine. One day later we have to fill the tire with air. The tire kept leaking - so we called the number they said to call for any issues with the car. We were told for an extra cost- they could bring us a different car. We paid for extra insurance with our rental so there should not have been any charge at all. When we refused to pay an additional $100 (US dollars) they said we could get it fixed ourselves and pay for it at a shop. So basically- no assistance available at all. They do not rent safe cars, and expect the renters to pay to fix them.

Do not rent with them. About two weeks ago decided to rent a car with them for two days, returned the car and everything seemed right. Until today, when I saw they tried to charge me 2 weeks later for over 2000USD.
