★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verdadera PORQUERÍA su servicio de gestión de pagos, siempre he tenido problemas con las transacciones en línea con los comercios donde sólo se puede pagar por medio de PayPal, cancelan mis operaciones, envían mi pago a nombre de otras personas ó de plano nunca envían mi pago al comercio y todavía hay que esperar hasta 30 días el reembolso que PayPal cargó a mi cuenta....Además, la gente que atiende vía telefónica es sumamente incompetente...PayPal es una Estafa y sus gestiones son un Fraude.
 Your payment management service is a real CRAP, I have always had problems with online transactions with merchants where you can only pay through PayPal, they cancel my operations, send my payment in the name of other people or simply never send my I pay the merchant and I still have to wait up to 30 days for the refund that PayPal charged to my account....Furthermore, the people who answer the phone are extremely incompetent...PayPal is a Scam and its procedures are a Fraud.

De buenas a primeras me cancelaron la cuenta sin decirme ni porqué, perdí miles de pesos, insistiendo y nunca me dijeron porqué y se quedaron con el dinero de mis suscripciones
advierto a todos que no hagan negocios con ellos, son unos estafadores, usen otras opciones como stripe o conekta, o cualquier otra estos tipos te van a vaciar la cartera virtual

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Falta total de transparencia en sus operaciones, ya que en plataformas como SPEI existe algo llamado "consulta de seguimiento a pagos" con un numero de rastreo, muy claro y efectivo, caso totalmente a ustedes, indubitablemente eso es en detrimento de los usuarios, en su publicidad ofertan facilidad de uso... salvo por omision y en sus mails no deberia existir frases como "tardan 2-3 días hábiles , aveces pueden tardar un poco mas..." y/o "Fecha de recepción ESTIMADA..." , muy lamentable.....
A total lack of transparency in its operations, since on platforms like SPEI there is something called "payment follow-up query" with a tracking number, very clear and effective, completely up to you, undoubtedly this is to the detriment of users, in their advertising they offer ease of use... except by default and in their emails there should be no phrases such as "they take 2-3 business days, sometimes they can take a little longer..." and/or "ESTIMATED reception date... ." , very unfortunate.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE PAYPAL to send money to Mexico! Had a friend send me $$ from abroad and was charged a $200+ fee! When I called to see how the fee could be refunded, absolutely no help from customer service. They said the sender needed to select the friends n family send, but that option is not available when you send $$ to Mexico, only for goods n services (this was not for a good or service!)
Better to go w/ Mercado Pago, or MoneyGram. At least they're upfront about the fees. CANCELLING my PP account asap. HORRIBLE n DECEPTIVE business practices. Honestly surprised they still exist with so many alternative money transfer options. Look forward to having all your customers leave because you don't know how how to treat us right. Good luck surviving in this new FinTech world, PayPal, you're no longer the only ones that can do what you do.
