l	lizeth encinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, fui con ellos por que el agente de seguros fue la opcion que me dio, antes de dejar el carro me dijeron que maximo 4 dias tardarian en darmelo, el detalle era minimo, lo lleve hasta que tuvieran las piezas para que fuera rapido, me lo entregaron 3 semanas despues :/ fatal me traian a que tal dia iba por el y nada, asi por dias consecutivos miles de pretextos que si los pintores no iban, que porque faltaba personal, bla bla bla.. pesimo servicio (no tenian ni siquiera la delicadeza de avisar o minimo contestar el tel del taller) no cumplen con los tiempos, y hacen las cosas a como les da su gana.. al final recogi el carro y aun traia detalle la defensa, ya no regrese porque ahi me iban a tener otra semana mas pagando ubers. A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡PESIMO SERVICIO!, tenia un golpe en una puerta de mi carro, lo tramite por medio de GNP seguros y me dijeron que cambiarían la puerta completa y no fue así, solamente le sacaron el golpe y la pintaron, obviamente quedo PESIMO, con grumos en la pintura y mal hecho el trabajo. Simplemente la diferencia de lo que el seguro aprobó y lo que hicieron de ahorrarse una puerta se lo robaron. Nunca lo lleven a ese lugar simplemente son unos ratas. Solamente tu te tienes que estar reportando para saber el status de tu auto, además te brindan un año de garantía en la pintura. Good service, I left my car on Monday due to a range shock I had and on Thursday afternoon they already had my car ready! D	Daryl Cabrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Esta fue una experiencia de hace ya unos 5 años, ingresé por medio de la aseguradora para un golpe que traía en la puerta del piloto. Quedaron de ponerme una puerta nueva y por eso tardaron cerca de 2 semanas. Para cuando me lo entregaron la manija estaba suelta y las vistas del carro quedaron mal pegadas y lo tuve que reingresar. Para cuando me lo entregaron de nuevo arreglaron la puerta del copiloto y la del piloto continuaba con las mismas fallas, mejor decidí arreglarlo por mi cuenta. Después de unos días noté que la bocina de la puerta del piloto sonaba mal, reingresé el carro y me lo regresaron sin el problema del sonido... pero porque la quitaron la bocina. Algunas semanas después desarmé la puerta solo para notar que no me habían puesto una nueva, si no que había arreglado la que yo tenía antes. A 5 años de este trabajo en mi carro, la única puerta que muestra desgaste en la pintura es la que arreglaron en este taller. No recomendaría su trabajo. Very bad service.
