My laptop charger stopped working and the didn't have another one in stock, but they said it was likely the pin without bothering to look at anything! I asked how long it would take to determine the problem. The answer was, no idea could be a couple days could be a month. They refused to give me an approximate time. I asked if he could just plug in the charger and fiddle to see if he could get it to work because I needed it desperately tonight for work. I offered 100 pesos for the effort. The answer was no. Incredibly rude and slow staff, I was dumbfounded! I went to GEEK PLAYA next and it WAS the charger, no pin damage to the port at all. I bought the charger and was on my way in 5 minutes. Stay far away from this place and go to Geek Playa instead!!!

I know nothing about technology as was hoping not to get ripped off. Ales, was SO helpful and kind. He researched laptops for me at Walmart, Mexico Libre, Costco, many places. Some were available, some where to expensive. As I went from store to store, I would send pictures to Alex, keep in mind NO Charge and he would tell me yes or no. I ended up getting a gamer laptop, more than I need but at a very good price. Alex was there for me every step of the way, honest and available. I trust him, hard to do in Mexico. If you need help with your computer I HIGHLY, HEGHLY RECOMMENED PC DEPOT: now HE IS HELPING ME REPLACE MY OLD Phone:)
