★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen ética y compromiso o palabra, deje mi computadora desde septiembre de 2021 para reparación y tuve que recogerla este 15 de febrero de 2022, sin que este reparada, con el pretexto de que no les llegaba una pieza de importación pasaron 6 meses, poco profesionalismo. Aparte tuve que ir en tres ocasiones para recoger el equipo pues el día que me indicaban, no lo tenían armado, me tuve que esperar más tiempo el día de hoy para que lo entregaran, mencionaron que por gastos de los pedidos que realizaron se me tenía que cobrar 120 pesos más, aparte del cobro por revisión, y el dinero que yo gaste para trasladarme e ir a preguntar si mi equipo ya estaba listo les importo; estoy totalmente decepcionada, con anterioridad los había recomendado pero no lo vuelo a hacer, debieron de marcar y cumplir con su palabra y dejar de cobrar más dinero ? por algo que no realizaron, aprovechados, ese es el adjetivo que los define. La verdad incomoda ?.
Terrible service, they have no ethics and commitment or word, I left my computer since September 2021 for repair and I had to pick it up this February 15, 2022, without it being repaired, under the pretext that an imported part did not arrive, they spent 6 months, little professionalism. Besides, I had to go three times to pick up the equipment because the day they told me, they didn't have it set up, I had to wait longer today for it to be delivered, they mentioned that due to the expenses of the orders they made, I had to charge 120 pesos more, apart from the charge for revision, and the money that I spend to move and go to ask if my equipment was ready is important to them; I am totally disappointed, I had previously recommended them but I will not do it, they must have marked and kept their word and stopped charging more money ? for something they did not do, profiteers, that is the adjective that defines them. The uncomfortable truth ?.
