Tomaron 2 meses para reparar mi computadora cuando me dijeron que sólo iba a tardar 2-3semenas y cuando me lo entregaron rompieron otro pieza de la computadora y me dijeron que era mi problema y no lo iban a reparar aunque fue ellos que lo rompieron! NO LLEVAS TU COMPUTADORA A PC HOME!!! Terrible service!!! It took 2 months to repair my computer when they told me it was only going to take 2-3 weeks and when they handed it to me they broke another piece of the computer and told me it was my problem and they were not going to repair it even though it was they who broke it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO PC HOME !!!

Mala experiencia, perdida de tiempo y mala atencion al cliente. no hubo seguimiento, pesimo. I asked for a quote on Qro and they sent it to me, I was interested in acquiring a product and they refused to pay me a visit to my company, because they had no equipment available, nor time. Bad experience, wasted time and poor customer service. There was no follow up, pity.

Telling your prospect that you don't have time to provide a service because you have a lot of work to do is a very bad sign of the service they would provide.
