★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el señor se esconde, hay que estarle insistiendo para qué haga la reparación del equipo y para colmo me entregó mi impresora con una parte rota y el centro de copiado flojo, llevé una impresora epson el día 09 de diciembre del 2021 ya que tenia falla en el sensor de papel y de dos veces que la llevé ninguna quedo bien hice un gasto innecesario y ahora mi impresora quedó peor que como estaba no confíen en servicios así mejor vayan a un centro certificado porque definitivamente no es nada confiable y su respuesta es que vuelva a llevarla cuando que no me volveré a arriesgar a que le dañe otra cosa, una total pérdida de tiempo y dinero
Terrible service, the man hides, you have to insist that he do the repair of the equipment and to top it off he gave me my printer with a broken part and a loose copy center, I took an Epson printer on December 9, 2021 since I had failure in the paper sensor and twice that I took it, none of it turned out well I made an unnecessary expense and now my printer is worse than it was, do not trust services like this, better go to a certified center because it is definitely not reliable at all and their answer is to take it back when I will not risk anything else damaging it, a total waste of time and money
