Le pedí que me devuelva parte del dinero por no poder arreglarla y se negó. No lo recomiendo para nada Terrible experience. I needed to dry out my computer and not only did it not do its job but it left it with more problems. I asked him to return part of the money for not being able to fix it and he refused. I do not recommend it at all

Iniciamos en muy buenas platicas, pero una vez concluido el trabajo (concluido es una forma de decir, ya que no arreglo nuestra pc) puso excusas como "se necesita bateria nueva" " no puedo devolver la mitad del dinero". Ni siquiera nos ha dado la factura, lo unico que nos dio fue su clabe, para eso si ha sido rapido. Una gran decepcion :( I do not recommend the service of Mr. Pedro Luis Matias Calvo. We started having very good talks, but once the work was finished (concluded is a way of saying, since I don't fix our pc) he made excuses like "new battery needed" "I can't return half the money". He has not even given us the invoice, the only thing he gave us was his key, for that he has been fast. A big disappointment :(

Pedro replied to my message very quickly & agreed to meet me even though it was 7pm on a Saturday! I left my laptop with him until Monday afternoon when I collected it from him at the agreed time. My laptop was fixed in less than 48 hours over the weekend. The best service I have ever received anywhere in the world!

Very friendly family owned store with lots of knowledge. Easy to be in contact with via Whatsapp to explain the problem. Fast service and flexible for pick up. 100% sure this is the place you want when you have a problem with your cumputer.
