Había comprado durante 3 años aquí, pero ya no regresaré, el señor que me atendió en mi última visita con una actitud completamente apática y sin intención de vender; fui por una memoria que me habían “apartado” (lo cual no respetaron) y todavía iba a comprar una de la misma capacidad, pero al momento de pagar solamente me dijo que no tenía cambio. No sé si es trabajador o dueño, pero en ambas situaciones deben mejorar la atención al cliente porque de no ser así seguirán perdiendo clientes.
Very bad attention. It seemed like a good option to buy USB sticks, portable batteries, external storage disks and many more accessories. I had bought for 3 years here, but I will not return, the man who attended me on my last visit with a completely apathetic attitude and without intention to sell; I went for a memory that they had "set aside" for me (which they did not respect) and I was still going to buy one of the same capacity, but when I paid, he only told me that he had no change. I do not know if they are a worker or an owner, but in both situations they must improve customer service because otherwise they will continue to lose customers.
