★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si era la persona que estaba en ese momento en el aparador pero solo respondió que sino me había comunicado por el facebook, y que no sabían si podían formatear mi computadora por tener Windows 7 y ocupaban una memoria con el Windows 10. No dió una solución le daba igual al parecer.
