Lleve una impresora a revisión y el técnico me comentó que mejor la tirará que porque ya no tenía arreglo.
Lleve la impresora a otro lugar que si era especialista en la marca, solo me dijeron que había que resetearla y me cobraron el 5% del valor del equipo.
Mientras que en pc`smart me cobraron la revisión para darme una pésima respuesta.
Good store but lousy experience
I had a printer checked and the technician told me that it would be better to throw it away than because it could no longer be fixed.
I took the printer to another place that if I was a specialist in the brand, they only told me that it had to be reset and they charged me 5% of the value of the equipment.
While at pc`smart they charged me for the review to give me a terrible response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi computadora para que la arreglaran del hardware, me la tuvieron dos semanas posponiendo la fecha del arreglo y me la regresaron desconfigurada, un ingeniero muy déspota no me soluciono nada y me la dejaron mal del software, perdí programas... Mejor la lleve a otro lado y me la arreglaron en un día de lo que aquí no pudieron y me cobraron mucho menos!!!
I took my computer to have it fixed for the hardware, they kept it for me for two weeks postponing the date of the fix and they returned it to me unconfigured, a very despotic engineer did not solve anything for me and they left it wrong with the software, I lost programs ... Better take it to the other side and they fixed it for me in one day than they couldn't here and they charged me much less !!!

Sugiero ir cargados de dudas sobre sus equipos cuando lo necesiten (espero no sea el caso), pues con confianza les pueden atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se las llevé para que me arreglaran la carcasa de mi computadora, (algo físico) . Me tuvieron dos semanas esperando, me la devolvieron igual que como estaba, la prendí y ya estaba la sesión de un usuario genérico. Perdí programas, esta configurada como computadora de Internet publico que tienes que meter contraseñas cada vez que la prendes, perdí acceso a documentos que ya tenia, etc. No me respondieron después de que les dije, fueron muy groseros y me cobraron caro, fui a otra empresa a que me la arreglaran y me la tuvieron en un día a la mitad del precio. Lo comenté y muchas personas les ha sucedido lo mismo, por favor cuiden su tiempo y su dinero
