★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendaciones : Al llamar para cotizar algo , hay que preguntar si el precio es todos los días o el miércoles nada más , ya que llega uno a la tienda y ahí especifican. Al pedir en tienda un producto muy mala experiencia, entran dentro de la oficina y si tienen un contratiempo en el código de su producto no son capaces de indicar al cliente que harán el proceso y tiempo estimado de atención . El tiempo de atención al cliente no es prioridad en la Tienda, tiene uno que estar preguntando cómo van . La tienda se ve surtids, mala experiencia en la atención.
Recommendations: When calling to quote something, you have to ask if the price is every day or Wednesday only, since one arrives at the store and there they specify. When ordering a product in the store with a very bad experience, they enter the office and if they have a setback in the code of their product they are not able to indicate to the customer that they will do the process and estimated time of attention. Customer service time is not a priority in the Store, you have to be wondering how they are doing. The store looks assorted, bad experience in the care.

Los representantes están bien capacitados y te saben guiar si no estás seguro de qué es lo que necesitas. También se pueden comprar accesorios sueltos como teclados, ratones o cables. Los builds los entregan dependiendo de la disponibilidad del inventario pero puede ser desde el mismo día hasta 1 semana. Gran opción para una computadora de buena calidad, a tu medida y a un precio menor que en otros lados.
Great. Highly recommended. They make custom computer builds to what you need and your budget. The representatives are well trained and can guide you if you are not sure what you need. Loose accessories such as keyboards, mice or cables can also be purchased. The builds are delivered depending on the availability of the inventory but it can be from the same day to 1 week. Great option for a good quality computer, tailored to your needs and at a lower price than elsewhere.
