★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edición: La tienda reaccionó positivamente de inmediato lo que demuestra que no es institucional el problema sino sólo el de una persona que no tuvo criterio y cometió un grave error. Me devolvieron el dinero y me ofrecieron un descuento en mi siguiente compra. Muy amable la atención, asunto resuelto, sólo quedó en un mal rato. Bien por PC Domino.
Pésimo servicio y nula atención al cliente. Pregunté si tenían un limpiador de pantallas que cuesta 49 pesos y me dijeron que sólo en sucursal centro de Tampico. Fui con mi hijo para que él realizara la compra al no haber lugar donde estacionarse. Le dije qué pidiera y el precio para que no hubiera dudas. Cuando regresó traía un limpiador de superficies y no de pantallas, con un valor diferente. 15 minutos después encontré un lugar para estacionarme y fui a pedir el cambio y me fue negado por políticas de la empresa, inaudito en estos tiempos e ignoro si es legal o no, habría que consultar con Profeco. Evidentemente sus políticas son anacrónicas, obsoletas. La gerente me argumentó que le habían dado lo más aproximado al precio que mencionó y cuando le dije y bueno no tienen el que quiero me dijo que no. Insistí mostrándole que en su página decía que había en existencia y que en la otra sucursal me habían dicho que ahí lo tenían a lo que contestó que a veces había errores en su página y que ignoraba por qué en la otra sucursal me habían dicho que lo tenían. Al fin, en un inspirado momento de iniciativa, buscó y resultó que, efectivamente, sí tenían el producto, lo que dejaba claro que todos estábamos en lo correcto y ellos no. Aun así se negaron a hacer el cambio. Se nota que es gente que no quiere trabajar. No vuelvo a comprar en esa tienda, no vaya a ser que me equivoque y estoy perdido.

Terrible service and no customer service. I asked if they had a screen cleaner that costs 49 pesos and they told me that only in the Tampico center branch. Los precios son accesibles y casi todos los productos tienen 1 año de garantía en el mismo establecimiento. También tienen envío a domicilio y página web. Además cuentan con un área de servicio técnico.
