When paying with credit card through the page you need to print and sign your payment, also the payment can take a while to reflect in their system.

Great prices and the service is OK. Used to be better service and a friendlier atmosphere at the store. But the still treat you OK and you get stuff at a low price. Too bad this is the only location remaining.

This new business model has huge potential for savings though I would recommend to review Argos store for some extra ideas on how to improve customer experience, which I think has some areas of opportunity.

False discounts; their "discounted price" is the original price, but at least is not too expensive. Too cramped as well; it was a spacious store before their "shrinkage", now it's a warehouse-shop hybrid. Their main focus is online shopping but they have not upgraded their e-commerce web page for years, and still no mobile/responsive web page (fail).

Shop fast online, but delivery is slow, customer service close to nonexistent and warranty service is useless. After years of buying with them, my experiences for 2016-2017 are the worst, enought not to buy with them ever again (las purchase had a defective part, and after hours trying to get a replacement, I was rudely treated and now they are absolutely silent: lost my purchase). Never, never, never again.

Hello people, if you're looking for a laptop, phone accessories, desktop parts and in general any piece of tech Pcel has it all. you just need to make sure to check the availability of the item on their website first. if you need an item to be shipped it's not gonna be there before two weeks so you can consider other options. There are always parking places available in front so you dont have to worry about where you park. The general rule is that you go there and request your item based on the SKU number on their website (if it is available in their physical stock) then they give you a ticket you take it to the cashier and pay it you go to the next counter and receive your item. It;s not a shop where you can walk around and look for items, it’s basically a warehouse with sales desk in front. Pcel in monterrey is easily one of the best places to buy whatever tech related, some of the prices are higher than elsewhere but MOST of the items are usually cheaper than anywhere, very friendly staff and easy to use service. I personally am completely satisfied and highly recommend the place. Happy shopping and enjoy your new tech piece !

Good place, cheap PC parts and nice gadget's. It's good if you pre-order and only go for pickup to avoid some lines and wait.
