Edgar es una persona poco profesional pero lo más triste sin ética o valores. No cumple con entregarte el equipo en el día y hora que él mismo elige, me entregó mi laptop con la pantalla dañada, en malas condiciones y no quiso hacerse responsable, de hecho se atrevió a decir que se la había llevado yo así, hasta ahí la experiencia ya había sido mala pero mi sorpresa fue mayor cuando descubrí que no hizo respaldo de mi información salvo por los archivos del escritorio a pesar de haber acordado un servicio de reseteo y por ende respaldo. Inconcebible pero también de eso a mi como cliente que le pagó (con todo y el daño a la pantalla) me señalo como la culpable por no comunicarle la ubicación de la carpeta. No se hace responsable de absolutamente nada. Es la primera vez que escribo un comentario a un servicio o producto porque deseo que nadie viva algo así. Perdí tesis, fotos, documentos personales, archivos de declaración de impuestos, años de información. Pensé que me había acercado con un profesional, dijo tener 15 años de experiencia en esa ubicación. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU, MY STORY I came to this place because I saw positive comments here.
