Por que los encargados de Área central no sé hicieron cargo de él y lo dejaron afuera. Así es, lo dejaron afuera diciendo que no era de su incumbencia (directivos y los que cuidan el portón). Espero alguien bueno lo vea y se una a denunciar esta barbaridad. Se supone que un centro de educación debe fomentar la educación cívica, tambien los oficiales de tránsito no ponen orden y solo hacen que los automóviles vayan parando cada 2 metros para que el ganado se atraviese, en lugar de indicarles atravesar por los pasos peatonales. Por eso jamás seremos un pais avanzado. Por gente así.
