El marisco es fresco, la comida es cocinada con mucho cariño, las raciones son muy abundantes y variadas. Se nota las diferentes versiones, como el toque veracruzano así como el del norte de México. Los tacos de Marlin son una delicia, el alguaciles de mango y habanero algo se otro planeta, jugoso rico, con sabor. El atun es fresco servido como sashimi.
