Por promoción me correspondían: --->1 PANTALLA SMART TV 55" POR EL BUEN FIN = Inicialmente se negaron a entregármela y fue hasta Marzo-2021 después de mucho insistir y básicamente hacer pública mi inconformidad, me la entregaron y ofrecieron sus disculpas por lo que ellos llamaron un malentendido administrativo. --->PRIMER MENSUALIDAD DEL BANCO GRATIS = Reprocesaron el crédito sin mi consentimiento para solicitar un mayor importe y me hicieron perder el beneficio. --->AVALÚO GRATIS = Por lo mismo del punto anterior, usaron el dinero que di como separación de la casa para pagar el avalúo, cuando esa cantidad debía ser abonada al pago total de la casa. A MANERA DE COMPENSACIÓN POR LO DESCRITO: -->Me otorgaron un descuento de 15mil pesos sobre el valor total de la casa. -->Me ofrecieron un cupón de CANADEVI para obtener un reembolso de cierto porcentaje de los gastos notariales = Desde que me lo ofrecieron estaba fuera de tiempo según los términos y condiciones del mismo cupón y tampoco me lo hicieron válido en la notaría. En temas de calidad, lo más grave fue la instalación hidráulica de la casa que tenía una fuga en la tubería de la regadera de la recámara principal y salía agua por la fachada lateral. Tuvieron que romper para arreglarlo. En general el servicio post-venta de reparaciones por fallas y desperfectos ha sido bueno, pero lo ideal sería no tener que recurrir a ello.
