GOOD INTENTIONS, BAD RESULTS I was very disappointed with the service of this workshop, it was recommended to me by some acquaintances, I read the reviews, even knowing about the negatives I gave him the benefit of the doubt and a vote of confidence, I thought my bike would be in perfect condition, but it was not So. My bike only needed to adjust the changes, to calibrate them so that it would return to give me all the speeds, just as it did days before taking it to adjust, I know what state it would have to be in, the cyclist knows his bike. Before taking it to the workshop, I wanted to adjust the gears (the gear changes were very good, I only had a little resistance when changing to the last chainring), but I left it worse, I thought that with the attention of a professional they would make it perfect . When they delivered me, it did not change well between pinions, and the screen number no longer reached pinion 1, although physically it was there, before if I could do this relationship without problems. But hey, the man who attended me just tightened the rear derailleur screws a little and told me that if there was no left to take it back, he stressed that the gearbox screens were already swept and that is why they did not give the correspondence, although, before taking it to the workshop if it did. I tested my bike on several trips, several days, I tried the gears and the problems persisted, even the rear derailleur had more problems than before taking it, the gears on the sprockets did not follow the levers changes. I took it to him again and he remained in his position, I was in the best disposition to leave it for him long enough to be perfect, but he said again that my changes were already swept, it should be clarified that the man was always very kind to me, but He did not open to dialogue, I feel that in both visits he did not listen to me, I repeat, although he is very kind to attend, he is not open, he is very closed in his position. A shame, I thought it could be my trusted workshop. I will never return, I recommend that you go only if you want to inflate your tires, for more complex things I recommend you look for another workshop, where they listen to the customer, is what I am doing. Ah, I forgot to say that he did not charge me much, it was cheap, fifty pesos, but my bicycle was not left.
