★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría porque le puso la vacuna bcg caducada a mi bebé en noviembre 2020, nosotros como papás primerizos no sabíamos que estaba agotada la vacuna y que el último lote caducó en septiembre 2020. Entonces en la primera consulta de mi bebé recién nacido este doctor le coloca sus primeras vacunas bcg y hepatitis b. Después de algunos días un amigo que intentaba buscar la vacuna bcg nos manda una imagen donde informaban el estatus que ya conocemos de la vacuna. Para no hacer el cuento largo mi bebé tiene ahora 6 meses y jamás le prendió el piquete y ahora que ya hay nuevamente vacuna en los centros de salud no la quisieron volver a aplicar porque la cartilla ya decía q la tenía, me comunique nuevamente con éste doctor al cual no volví desde ese entonces para decirle que si me podía dar un papel o algo que dijera que se la pueden volver a poner. Su respuesta fue que a algunos bebés no les hace marca la vacuna y que tenia un comunicado de la cofepris donde lo que estaba caduco era el diluyente no la solución y que con gusto me volvía aplicar la vacuna si así lo quería. Ok no decidimos volver con ese doctor y el pediatra actual de mi bebé le aplica la bcg día 1 se le empieza a hacer la marca de la vacuna.
Nuestra molestia es que el doctor no fue sincero al momento de aplicar la vacuna, nos hubiera dicho que contaba con ese oficio de la cofepris y estaba en nosotros decidir si se la poníamos o no. Para nosotros se aprovecho de nuestro desconocimiento del tema.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it because she gave my baby the expired bcg vaccine in November 2020, we as new parents did not know that the vaccine was exhausted and that the last batch expired in September 2020. So at my baby's first visit newborn this doctor gives him his first bcg and hepatitis b vaccines. After a few days a friend who was trying to find the bcg vaccine sent us an image where they reported the status of the vaccine that we already know. To make a long story short, my baby is now 6 months old and the picket never caught him and now that there is a new vaccine in the health centers they did not want to apply it again because the card already said that he had it, I contacted him again doctor to whom I have not returned since then to say that if he could give me a paper or something that said they can put it back on. His answer was that some babies are not marked by the vaccine and that he had a statement from the cofepris where what was expired was the diluent, not the solution, and that he would gladly apply the vaccine again if he wanted. Ok, we did not decide to go back to that doctor and my baby's current pediatrician applies the bcg on day 1, he begins to make the mark of the vaccine.
Our annoyance is that the doctor was not sincere at the time of administering the vaccine, he would have told us that he had that trade of the cofepris and it was up to us to decide whether or not to apply it. For us he took advantage of our ignorance of the subject.

Lamentablente su falta de informacion documentada y la manera incorrecta de manejar este confusion con nuestro querido Dr. Muñoz, y su actitud ante otros proveedores de servicios, demuestran que usted es una persona con con prejucio y mala intencion en sus acciones. cualquier paciente que tiene duda acerca del tratamiento recibido para con su paciente lo primero que tiene que hacer es aclarar y documentar la discrepancia, acercandose al proveedor de servicios que le atendio. Antes de publicar comentarios dolosos y difamatorios que merencen una demanda en contra de usted por daños punicos y morales. Ojala pueda en lo futuro manejar con madurez e inteligenica cualquier situacion en la que usted no este stisfecho, pues por otros comentarios que usted ha hecho en contra de otras empresas, podemos ver la poca calidad moral que usted tiene. Regrettably your lack of documented information and the incorrect way of handling this confusion with our dear Dr. Muñoz, and your attitude towards other service providers, show that you are a person with prejudice and bad intention in your actions. Any patient who has doubts about the treatment received for their patient, the first thing to do is clarify and document the discrepancy, approaching the service provider who treated them. Before posting malicious and defamatory comments that file a claim against you for punitive and moral damages. Hopefully in the future I can handle with maturity and intelligence any situation in which you are not satisfied, because from other comments you have made against other companies, we can see the low moral quality that you have.
