★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de la Dra. Cabrera, tienen tantas citas que su servicio es peor que el IMSS casi casi me corrió por que ya tenia otra paciente y yo aun tenia dudas. Nada profesional, nada recomendable, que no se tome el tiempo de explicar ni lo minimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que nació mi pequeña la llevo con la Dra Shugey y no hemos tenido ningún problema, mi pequeña se a levantado mucho y la Dra siempre se a mostrado atenta y muy dispuesta a resolver mis dudas, en recepción siempre nos han tratado con respeto, nosotras sacamos nuestra cita mes con mes con días de anticipación y hasta el momento nos ha funcionado muy bien. Recomiendo mucho a la Dra Shugey.
Since my little girl was born I have taken her to Dr. Shugey and we have not had any problems, my little girl has gotten up a lot and Dr. has always been attentive and very willing to solve my doubts, at reception they have always treated us with respect, we We take our appointment month after month days in advance and so far it has worked very well for us. I highly recommend Dr. Shugey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unas semanas lleve a mi bebé de meses a una consulta de urgencia ya que el pediatra de cabecera de mi niña no la podía atender. Agende cita con la Dra. Cabrera.
En la consulta todo "muy bien". Sin embargo me recetó medicamento para niños mayores de tres años NO recomendado para niños menores de esta edad. Por consulta de dos pediatras... no di el medicamento que me recetó está dra. En la cita no faltó el querer venderme vacunas que no están en el esquema nacional de vacunación.
En el consultorio se ve que no cambian la tela que tienen sobre la cama donde revisan a los niños. Poca higiene. El lugar es muy chico y hay muchos pacientes.
Solo termine gastando a lo tonto.
Los de la recepción no usan de manera correcta el cubrebocas y llega mucha gente sin cita.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

In the appointment there was no lack of wanting to sell me vaccines that are not in the national vaccination scheme.
In the office it is seen that they do not change the cloth they have on the bed where they check the children. Poor hygiene. The place is very small and there are many patients.
I just ended up spending silly.
Those at the reception do not use the mask correctly and many people arrive without appointments.
I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio cometi el error de llevar a mi hijo 2 veces a su consultorio la primera vez lo atendió el dr. Sainz me dijo que ya terminaba su turno que me lo atendía rápido y me mandó a hacer unos estudios que para la cadera, la segunda vez lo atendió su esposa y me tardo horas en atenderme la higiene pésima,la verdad es que no lo recomiendo para nada.

Solo es un consultorio familiar. No saben atender unan urgencia.
Se enfocan en sus vacunas según ellos necesarias y no atienden la urgencia. Si quieres a tus hijos, no los lleves Aqui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muchas reseñas negativas pero en nuestra experiencia si le sirvió el estudio que le mandaron de la cadera, lo que si es que hay mucha gente pero son puntuales y pasan rápido. Nos atendió la doctora Adriana Hernández, llevamos 3 citas y todo bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pediatra Sainz está súper desactualizado, manda todo lo que la OMS ya dijo que no, ejemplo: sal y azúcar antes del año, ejercicios del prepucio, moneda o canica en el ombligo, etc. Cuando le debates sobre esos temas se enoja y termina la consulta muy rápido, no conoce la crianza respetuosa y no está abierto a otro método de AC que no sean papillas.
Sin embargo hay una dra llamada Shuyeis* que si está actualizada, es muy linda con los bebés y tiene tratamientos actualizados, te resuelve dudas y te apoya en el proceso, la recomiendo

However, there is a doctor named Shuyeis* who is up-to-date, she is very cute with babies and has up-to-date treatments, she answers questions and supports you in the process, I recommend her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del Dr. Sainz. Desactualizado en cuanto a Lactancia Materna y Alimentación Complementaria. (y dice ser el Jefe de Pediatría del ISSSTE Zaragoza)
Me indicó que, ya que mi bebé no subía de peso, tenía que dejar de darle leche materna y darle vitaminas muy caras. También en alimentación complementaria me dijo que ya le diera caldos y papillas con sal. Todo lo anterior está contraindicado por la OMS.
Además, en cada cita me enviaba a hacerle estudio de cadera a mi bebé porque según tenía displasia, lo cual no es correcto, pero es su negocio mandar a los papás a hacer esos estudios en un laboratorio cerca de San Buenaventura.
Desconozco la atención que brindan las otras dos Doctoras que trabajan con él, pero yo no recomiendo al Dr. Sainz.

In addition, at each appointment he sent me to do a hip study on my baby because according to what he had dysplasia, which is not correct, but it is his business to send the parents to do those studies in a laboratory near San Buenaventura.
I do not know the care provided by the other two Doctors who work with him, but I do not recommend Dr. Sainz.
