Para un seguimiento que era después de 3 días para quitar oxígeno, me mandaron a consulta en dos meses. Pésimo. No les importa.

Los policías roban y extorsionan. Te piden tus pertenencias para entrar por "protocolo" y cuando regresas por ellos te dicen que nunca les diste nada. Ayuden a reportar esta situación. Son policías corruptos, y están con el MP porque al ir a denunciar no hacen nada, según no es un crimen.

Fui porque mi bb tenia fiebre, la bañaron con agua fria sin importar que eso le daria hipotermia atienden de mala gana y en archvo ni hablar. Pesimo

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Mi hijo de fracturó un dedo del pie y aunque no tenía hoja de atención para allí, me lo atendieron. Menciono que iba adolorido más no en un grito. La Dra.me revisó la placa que llevaba y vio la fractura, acto seguido mandó por una silla de ruedas y me lo llevaron con el ortopedista pediatra al área de consultorio. Me lo atendió muy bien. Mi hijo sin complicaciones. Les.estoy muy agradecida

En el turno matutino la Dra. Navarro y Dra. Peredo son excelentes, la pésima atención es en archivo, hay un señor que atiende de malas siempre y se siente con el derecho de decidir si pasas o no a consulta, cuando ya tengo mi cita agendada, cabe mencionar que TODOS los datos vienen en el carnet y a pesar de eso piden más documentos; el acta del bebé, ahí viene el nombre y en momento del tramite para el carnet se dió, la hoja de gratuidad; en el carnet viene anotado el número, el INE, todos esos papeles se dieron en el momento de hacer el trámite, mientras se trae al bebé cargando, a veces llorando, la pañalera y no hay nada de empatía, no traigo tal papel "Entonces no pasa a su consulta" como por qué, quien se creé para negar el servicio cuando ya se tiene la cita. No fue una ni dos veces que me atendió de malas, levantando la voz. En peso y talla la enfermera de cabello güero, atiende dependiendo su humor a veces está de buenas y cuando está de malas tuerce los ojos y de igual manera levanta la voz. Como madre de familia no voy para ver malas caras ni mucho menos malos tratos. Desconozco si la directiva tiene conocimiento de la pésima atención que dan, obviamente ganas de regresar no me dieron, prefiero pagar un pediatra que recibir malos tratos. Lástima porque las Doctoras son muy buenas. No tomé nombres, pero no creo que sea muy difícil de identificar, hay dos hombres en archivo uno muy amable y otro majadero nefasto.
