★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una colonia incipiente pero bastante amplia, hay varias casas ya habitadas y otras deshabitadas, al parecer hay bandalismo por que algunas casas están pintadas o con vidrios rotos y las calles son complicadas para ir en auto porque hay muchas bardas que Impiden el paso y hay que dar toda la vuelta a la manzana, quizá en unos años ya esté más poblado y con más servicios
An incipient but quite large colony, there are several houses already inhabited and others uninhabited, apparently there is banditry because some houses are painted or with broken glass and the streets are difficult to drive because there are many fences that prevent the passage and you have to go all the way around the block, perhaps in a few years it will be more populated and with more services

It is a relatively quiet subdivision closer to a hill. There is not much to distract but it is quiet. It has soccer fields nearby and a public transport base
